Singer offers a look at a classic dish in a new way and shares an unusual recipe
You will need:
– flour — 400 gr;
– water — 100-150 ml;
– egg yolk — 1 piece;
– olive oil — 20 ml;
How to prepare: prepare the filling — mix the ricotta and chokeberry.
Knead the dough from flour, egg yolks, water, olive oil, a pinch of salt and a little grated nutmeg. Then wrap the dough in cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes roll the dough out thin layers. On one layer put portions of the filling (1-1,5 tsp of the stuffing — 1 ravioli), top cover with the second layer of dough, cut into individual ravioli and secure region.
