— My first baking I did with my mother. I was still very small, but helped her in the kitchen. I remember that we used to make croissants from puff pastry and filled them with a variety of toppings. One bagel always left without filling, then to see who he gets. He was considered special.

Unfortunately, I as a working mum with your own business it is not always possible to spend time at the stove. Usually if we do something special on the table, all together, it's our family ritual. We even have our own "initiation" desserts: for example, pie Serezha (Regina's husband — Sergey Zhukov from group "Hands up!" — Ed.) loves our daughter Nika. These brownies are the mother of Sergei Zhukov prepared for the first meeting with Regina.

Ingredients for 5-6 servings: 4 eggs, 1 Cup of sugar. For the cream: 200 g butter, ½ can of condensed milk, vanilla, walnuts.

Method of preparation: first, prepare the meringue. 4 protein whisk in a solid foam and gradually add 1 Cup sugar. The finished weight is evenly distributed on the foil and bake separate cakes on a slow fire, until the tip will not be hard. In color they should be a light creamy color.

While meringue is baking, make the cream. 200 g of softened butter, half a tin of condensed milk, a little vanilla whisk or mixer. Once the cream is ready, add half a Cup of crushed (not crumbs) walnuts.

When meringue has cooled, hot knife divide it into squares slightly bigger than a matchbox. Cut along the squares, and the middle filled with cream. Brownies are ready.
