From summer vegetables to make a vegetable soup is tasty and is dietary. If you don't like Brussels sprouts or some other ingredient, feel free to substitute other summer vegetables
You will need:
water — 1.5 l;
– zucchini without seeds — 400 g;
– Brussels sprouts — 200 g;
– green beans — 100 g;
– 1 small tomato;
– parsley, dill, green onion — to taste;
– boiled rice — 50 g;
– green peas — 50 g;
– corn — 30g;
– carrots — 50 g;
– onion — 1 small onion;
– vegetable oil for frying.
In a saucepan boil water and put the vegetables, finely chopped tomato, salt to taste and boil 15 minutes. At this time, make zazharku: small squarage fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion and carrot, grated on a coarse grater.
In the soup, add boiled rice, fried and chopped greens and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
