Braised cabbage with dried porcini mushrooms and smoked sausage

Especially good is the dish turns out fresh harvest sprouts

You will need:

– cabbage — 700 g;

2 small tomatoes or one medium;

– carrots — 1 piece;

– onions — 1 piece;

– dried porcini mushrooms — 30 g;

– smoked sausage (you can substitute sausages or sausages) — 3 PCs;

– Bay leaf — 1 piece;

– salt, pepper to taste;

– chives, parsley, dill;

– vegetable oil for frying.

On a heated deep frying pan fry in vegetable oil, roughly chopped onions until transparent and add the grated on a coarse grater carrots. Put the shredded cabbage, add the chopped tomatoes, dried mushrooms, salt and simmer until tender about 25 minutes. Add the sliced sausages, chopped parsley, Bay leaves, and sauté for approximately 5-7 minutes.
