An unusual combination from the chef WomanHit.ru: citrus plum lend a refreshing taste
You will need:
– Plum with detachable seed — 1 kg;
– Oranges — 2 pieces;
Cloves — 2 PCs;
Cinnamon – 1 tsp;
– Seasoning for mulled wine — 1 tsp;
– Sugar — 1 kg.
Remove pits from plums, cover with sugar and leave for a few hours to drain let the juice. Oranges with a grater, remove the zest of the orange, remove white rind and seeds and cut into pieces. Add oranges to plums and bring to a boil, remove the foam and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. If plums and oranges are very sour, add more sugar. Let stand 6-8 hours and boil 2 more times, last time add cinnamon, cloves and seasoning for mulled wine (not necessarily, it taste). Pour into hot clean jars.
