A delicious recipe for strengthening immunity

Warming drink, ideal in the off-season

For its preparation you will need the following:

- 50 g of pineapple;

- 50 g cranberry juice;

50 g of raspberry;

- grated ginger root;

- ground cinnamon;

flakes of coconut;

- pinch of red pepper.

Clean the pineapple peeled and cut into small cubes.

The rest of the ingredients put into blender and blend for a few minutes. Continue whisking until a homogeneous mass.

At the end of cooking add the cinnamon and pepper to taste.

If you are going to use ground ginger, add it at the end in small amounts.
