Crisp and fragrant, very useful, contains oatmeal and almonds. You can also add sunflower seeds, walnuts and dried fruit like cranberries
You will need:
– oat flakes — 150 g;
– flour — 50 g;
almonds, ground into large crumbs — 125 g;
– baking powder — 1 tsp
butter, softened at room temperature — 125 g;
– sugar — 100 gr;
cinnamon – 1 tsp.
– egg — 1 PC;
– whole almonds — 15 PCs

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The softened butter beat with sugar, when it turns white, stir in mixed cereal, flour, baking powder and almonds. Add the egg and cinnamon, stirring constantly.
On the tray lay baking paper, dip hands in cold water (I put a glass of water next to the test) and mold biscuits into the middle to push the almond nut. Bake for 25 minutes.
