For its preparation you will need the following:

- piece of lean beef;

- lettuce leaves;

- apples;

- canned peas;

- unsweetened yogurt.

The recipe is as follows.

Pre-boil 200 gr. beef. Cold meat cut into small strips.

Take 100 gr. green salad leaves. Wash them, dry and gently tear with your fingers into small pieces.

Take 1 small Apple and chop into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients. Add 100 gr. canned peas, 1 tbsp mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Season with 3 tbsp of fresh yogurt. Mix thoroughly and enjoy a light dinner.
