Alska puff with prunes and walnuts

Flaky biscuits from the English town of Eccles (Eccles cake) — the perfect complement to a Cup of tea. The original recipe for these muffins with raisins, but I really like the version with prunes and walnuts

You will need:

– 1 package puff pastry;

– prunes, pitted 150 gr;

– walnuts — 50 gr;

– cognac — 2 tbsp.;

– 1 egg yolk;

cinnamon – 0.5 tsp.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
