Soup-puree of broccoli and cauliflower with cream, Parmesan cheese and shrimp

You will need:

– 300 gr of broccoli;

– 300 g of cauliflower;

– 50 grams of carrots;

– 100 g of peeled boiled shrimp;

– 200 g of cream 15%;

– Parmesan cheese grated 50 grams;

– Pinch of ground nutmeg;

– Dill, salt, pepper to taste.

Cook cabbage and shredded carrots in salted water, drain the water, leaving about 200 ml, slowly heat the cream with the grated cheese until melted, vegetables to chop right in the pot with a blender. Then pour the cream, add the water in which you cooked the vegetables, add the nutmeg, peeled boiled shrimp and bring to a boil.

When serving, sprinkle with black pepper and herbs.
