How to make Easter bread

Easter bread

Ingredients: 2.5 cups sifted flour, ½ Cup cream, 2 eggs, ½ Cup raisins, ½ Cup sugar, 30 g fresh yeast, butter, almond or sesame.

Method of preparation: In warm milk dissolve the yeast. Raisins pour boiling water for 15 minutes. Then rinse and dry. Beat eggs with sugar, add 20 grams (1 tbsp) of butter, mix well. Pour the cream, mix well. Carefully, in small portions add the flour. Mix well. Stir in the raisins. The dough cover with a towel and leave for 2-4 hours. The dough should increase in volume by 3 times. Divide the dough into two parts (one larger than the other). From the larger shape into a ball and put it in the center of a greased form. A smaller portion of the dough divided into three parts, make them sausages and weave "pigtail". "Pigtail" wrap the ball. Loaf cover with a towel and leave for an hour to rise. Brush the bread with egg yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds (or chopped almonds). Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. After cooking to coat the loaf with oil.
