Lamb stew with beans, peppers and corn

The composition of vegetables can vary and add what pleases you

You will need:

– lamb 500 g;

– 1 onion;

– 1 carrot;

– 1 bell pepper;

– green peas — 100 g;

corn, frozen or canned — 100 g;

– tomato — 1 piece;

– oil for frying

– salt, pepper to taste;

– 1 hot red pepper;

– herbs to taste;

paprika ground.

It is better to cook this dish in a cauldron or a deep frying pan. Cut the meat into pieces about 3 cm and fry in vegetable oil. Put chopped carrots and onions, then simmer for another 10 minutes, then add the vegetables, paprika and chopped herbs, hot pepper, salt. Fill with water to keep the meat covered with liquid, and simmer for 40-50 minutes until tender mutton.
