Polpette chicken with green salad and lime sauce

You will need:

– minced chicken — 300 g;

– cashew nuts — 30 g;

– ginger root — 10 g;

– garlic — 1 tooth;

– sesame seeds — 1 tsp;

– breadcrumbs — 30 g;

– soy sauce — 30 ml;

lime — 1 piece;

– honey — 20 g;

– milk — 50 ml.

Cooking time — 20-25 min.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, sesame seeds. Finely chop the garlic and ginger and add to the mince. Add salt, pepper. Roll balls size of a walnut. Place balls on a baking sheet and bake 15-20 min. at a temperature of 200 gr. Ready polpette cool slightly 5-7 mins From the hot polpette salad will wilt.

In a bowl squeeze the lime juice. Add the soy sauce and honey. Pepper cut arbitrarily. On a plate put lettuce, pepper, polpette, cashews. Pour over the dressing. Serve the salad warm or cold.
