If you are tired of traditional rice and buckwheat, try an exotic couscous. In itself it is neutral, taste is stewed vegetables
You will need:
– couscous bags — 2 pieces (or 100 grams. couscous);
– 1 zucchini;
– 2 tomatoes;
– 1 carrot;
– 1 onion;
– 1 bell red pepper;
– 3 cloves of garlic;
– herbs (parsley, cilantro, chives), salt, pepper, red pepper to taste;
– vegetable oil for frying.
Fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in vegetable oil, add carrots cut into thin slices, then after 5 minutes, the chopped pepper, tomatoes and zucchini.
Stew 15 minutes, add salt, pepper (if you like spicy, Cayenne 1 pepper), greens and simmer for another 5-7 minutes until cooked.
Couscous boil according to the instructions on the package.
Serve the couscous hot with vegetables.
