The recipe for those who miss home cooking
You will need:
– 600 gr of minced meat (beef with pork; if you want less fat, use one beef);
– 1 onion;
– 1 egg;
dry white bread — 3 slices (or chopped breadcrumbs from white bread ½ Cup);
– salt, pepper to taste.
Beef, pork, onions, soaked and squeezed bread (if you grind the crackers, then pour them a glass of water) mince, add salt, pepper, egg, mix well with your hands, small, flat salmon patties and fry in a preheated skillet in vegetable oil for 5 minutes on each side. Do not fry too long, the fire should be slightly less than the average. Remove from heat and cover the pan with a lid, let stand 10 minutes and serve.
