Jam of apricots with lemon

Chef WomanHit.ru recommends: the lemon will add a sweet apricots, nice acidity

You will need:

– apricots — 1 kg;

– sugar — 1 kg;

– juice of ½ lemon.

Apricots wash, cut in half, remove seeds. Cook the sugar syrup from calculation 1 kg of sugar to 1 Cup water. Berries pour the syrup and let stand for a few hours. Cook in 3 divided doses for 10 minutes and let stand for 6-8 hours. During cooking stir the jam so it doesn't stick, but gently, taking care not to damage the halves of the apricots — they should retain their shape. Lemon juice dobite during the last cook.
