Soup of dried mushrooms with noodles and meatballs

Can be cooked from fresh mushrooms — suitable for both white and chanterelles

You will need:

– dried mushrooms — 50-70 g (300 g fresh);

– carrots — 1 piece (take a small carrot, about 100 g);

– onion — ½ PC;

noodles for Laghman — 100 g;

– salt — 1 tsp;

– Bay leaf — 1 PC;.

– black pepper — 5-6 peas

For meatballs:

– 1 chicken breast — 150 g;

– ½ Eggs;

– onion — ½ PC;

– salt, pepper to taste.

Mushrooms soak beforehand in cold water for a few hours. Water do not drain, add more water and cook mushroom soup (about 1 hour), adding half onion and chopped carrot, salt.

Better noodles boil separately according to package instructions and add in the filing that it does not soften in the soup, if you don't eat it immediately. If you plan to eat it all at once, you can throw it right in the soup.

For meatballs combine all ingredients in a blender and hands vilaite balls, throw them into boiling soup and cook for 4-5 minutes.

5 minutes until cooked add 1 Bay leaf and pepper.
