Banana cupcake with walnuts and dried apricots

At any time of the day to enjoy a Cup of tea or coffee and piece of cake. Very easy to prepare

You will need:

– 3 very ripe banana;

– 100 gr. melted butter;

– 2 eggs;

– 2 teaspoons of baking powder;

– 1 tbsp. sugar;

– 2 tbsp. flour;

– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar (or vanilla essence — 3-4 drops);

– ½ Cup walnuts;

– Washed ½ Cup dried apricots (soak is not necessary).

First mash the bananas, mix them with the butter, sugar and eggs, then add separately mixed the flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. If bananas are not very ripe, it is better to break them with sugar in a blender.

Add walnuts and apricots, the dough is poured into a silicone form. If the silicone mold is not, then grease the form with butter and sprinkle ground crackers or spread a form with parchment (baking paper), bake 45 minutes in preheated to 180 degrees oven. Take out of oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store in the refrigerator (if you will).
