Very satisfying, moderately spicy, despite the long description, is preparing quite simple
You will need:
– Chinese noodles — 1 pack for 2 portions;
– Small raw shrimp — 200 g;
– garlic — 4 cloves;
– butter — 2 tbsp;
– green onion — a few feathers;
– Cayenne pepper — 1 small pepper cut into slices;
cream — 150 g;
– vegetable oil — 1 tbsp;
– flour — 1 tbsp;
– water — 400 ml;
– parsley — 5 sprigs;
– salt and pepper — to taste.
Clean the shrimp. The shells and heads, fry with garlic (2 cloves) and parsley in butter in a deep saucepan. As soon as they turns pink, add 400 ml of water, salt, pepper and simmer 10 minutes. Strain the broth through a sieve, then add the cream when it boils, stir in 1 tablespoon of sifted flour, cook for 5 minutes until light thick.
Shrimp fry as well to porozumenia in butter with two cloves finely chopped garlic and hot pepper.
Cook Udon noodles in salted water.
Combine all ingredients, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
