Study the classic recipe of the famous dessert
You will need:
– eggs — 3 PCs;
– mascarpone — 250 g;
– sugar — 100 g;
– Savoiardi biscuits — 1 pack;
– espresso — 100 ml;
– cocoa powder — 2 tbsp. spoon;
– Marsala wine or brandy 50 g.
Since eggs use without cooking, then be sure to wash them thoroughly. Separate egg whites from yolks and mix whites with half the quantity of sugar to the so-called stable peaks. Separately with the remaining sugar whisk the yolks, the yolks, add the mascarpone and again beat well. Gently mix the resulting cream with beaten egg whites.
Brew coffee, add the Marsala or brandy, cool.
Cookies Savoiardi dipped in coffee, hold no more than 2 seconds and spread on the bottom of the form, it will add a layer of cream. Then a layer of biscuits and another layer of cream. Top using a sieve sprinkle cocoa powder.
Place in freezer for 40 minutes and serve. If you do not plan to use immediately, store in the refrigerator, and if you do not hurry with dessert, instead of the freezer, put in refrigerator for 8-10 hours.
