Fish stewed with pickled cucumber

It's an old Russian recipe for which you can use any lean white fish. It turns out simply and dieting

I added for the aroma of white wine, but it is possible not to do that.

Propuskanii is cooking foods in a small amount of liquid or in its own juice. In this case, the liquid use fish broth.

You will need:

Fish — 500 g;

— Carrots — 1 piece;

— Onions — 1 piece;

— Pickled cucumber — 1 piece;

— Herbs, salt and pepper — to taste;

— The Bulgarian pepper — 1 piece;

— Tomato paste — 1 tbsp;

— White wine — 50 gr.

Fish clean, cut, tail, fins and head cook fish broth, salt, onions and carrots. The remaining fish cut into portions.

In a saucepan put the portioned fish pieces, put the chopped vegetables, herbs, tomato paste, pour the wine and fish broth to half the height of the fish pieces on medium heat pripuskaet covered for about 20 minutes.
