Leg of lamb, baked in the sleeve

The meat turns out very tender and soft, only need to prepare the marinade

You will need:

— 1 leg of lamb;

the sleeve for baking;

— 4 cloves of garlic.

For the marinade:

— 1 tsp. mustard;

— 2 tsp of balsamic vinegar;

— 1 tsp liquid honey;

— 1 tbsp Adygei salt;

2 tbsp of white wine.

First, feed the lamb with the garlic, for this purpose a thin, sharp knife, make incisions and into the formed pocket and put cloves of garlic.

Make a marinade. If you have honey thick, melt it in a water bath. Coat the lamb with marinade and put in a sleeve for baking. Desirable-marinated it for several hours.

Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees and bake the lamb for one hour. If the meat you are young and fresh, then that's enough. You may need more time — try the soft, pierced package long thin knife. If the meat is soft, remove it from the package and bake for another 15 minutes to form the crust.

Serve with steamed vegetables or rice.
