You will need:
— 300 gr. rice;
— 400 gr. chicken;
— 400 gr. tomatoes;
— 1 bell pepper;
— 1 onion;
— 1 liter of chicken broth;
50-100 g. grated cheese;
— vegetable oil;
— salt, pepper to taste.
Tomatoes, peppers and chicken cut into pieces.
Slice onions, fry in butter. Add the rice, sauté for a few minutes.
The chicken pieces boil in a liter of water, broth pour into a separate bowl.
Pour in the rice, one third of broth, cook until rice absorbed the broth (about 15 minutes).
Add the risotto sliced peppers, tomatoes, chicken, remaining broth, salt, pepper. Cook until the chicken is cooked and rice.
When serving, add grated cheese and finely chopped parsley.
