A great diet dish, easy to prepare. It is perfect for a light dinner or lunch
You will need:
— 2 hake fillets;
— 1 large tomatoes;
— 1 onion;
2 tbsp olive oil;
— salt, pepper, parsley.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In the glass uniform, put the fish fillets, then put the tomatoes cut into circles, and onion half-rings. Add salt, pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve, sprinkled with fresh herbs.
