The consequences of the incident could result in the postponement of an event outside Ukraine
Recently it became known that the organizers of the famous international musical competition "Eurovision" made in the regulations of some limitations. According to the European broadcasting Union (EBU), because of several incidents that occurred during training and the competition this spring in Kyiv — their implications could result in the postponement of an event outside of the host country — Ukraine.
The new rules are as follows: countries that send contestants now are unable to include in the delegation of persons banned entry to the country, where the competition is held. Note, the party of Yulia Samoilova selected to officially represent Russia at the competition, forbidden to cross the border of Ukraine, respectively, this year Russia was represented at Eurovision. Also in the rules there was one change: in case of delays in project implementation, the organization has the right to transfer the competition to another country.
