The legendary announcer of "Time", honored artist of the RSFSR Yevgeny Suslov died on 1 February on 82-m to year of life. More than 30 years he gave to Soviet Central television. The sad news was reported on Facebook by his colleague Alla Danko.
"Eugene was very good, sociable person with a great sense of humor. Wonderful trusted partner in the work," remembered Danko. "It's a lot of poetry and well read them. He was given the gift of speech."
According to her, in recent years he was very ill, though, and hoped to live to see the celebration of the diamond wedding with his wife. He was an exemplary family man, although thanks to the bright appearance, women have to pay attention to him.
