Harrison Ford will not be punished for driving mistakes

Aircraft 74-year-old actor nearly collided with a Boeing 737, in which there were 116 people

Harrison Ford mistakenly landed on a private plane on a taxiway instead of the runway, and nearly collided with a passenger Boeing 747.

The incident occurred on 13 February at the airport of John Wayne in orange County, California. The plane of the star nearly collided with a Boeing 737, in which there were 110 passengers and six crew members.

Ford stated that he could not navigate due to the fact that it distracted the flow of air from another aircraft that was landing. According to the man, he felt "great turbulence".

According to the lawyer of actor Steven Hofer, Federal aviation administration conducted an investigation and interviewed Ford, but will not seek enforcement action against the executor of a role of Indiana Jones. Ford escaped a fine and suspension of his pilot's licence or the requirement to undergo additional training aerobatics.

"Mr. Ford has a pilot certificate for more than 20 years, has more than 5,000 flight hours and has never been an administrative or enforcement action the FAA," said Hofer in his statement.

However, this is not the first accident Harrison Ford. In March 2015 he was seriously injured when he crashed the plane during the Second world war on a Golf course in Los Angeles. He was treated at UCLA medical center and was discharged a few weeks later.
